Tastement is a design firm specializing in innovative greeting cards, invitations, journals and stationery. The designs are inspired by taste and personify their connection to how we feel and emote. There are four themes- Spicy, Sweet, Salty and Sour. Spicy reflects the New York spirit, the spirituality of the East and the excitement of Bollywood. Sweet evokes memories of mom, graduation and birthdays. Salty inspires pangs of regret, goodbyes and workaholic daddies addicted to theirBlackberry! Finally Sour covers thoughts of lay-offs, difficult moments in relationships and formidable mother-in-laws! |

| Founded by Seema Malik, Tastement found its inception in her marriage to her husband Rittik Chakrabarti. It all started with designing her own wedding card. It was an elaborate project involving the magic of India, Bollywood, color, music, laughter, tears, and a whole lot of emotion! That coupled with her husband's obsessive penchant for good food with lots of taste gave birth to Tastement ! |
| With Co-Founder Shruti Malik's vision and marketing strategies Tastement made headlines and entered more than 25 stores across New York. They went on sale at Pylones, Nordstrom's store Treasure and Bond. They were even licensed by RPG-Papyrus. |
